Technical Lead driving the data & AI platform strategy at Fluvius, where I bridge central cloud architecture with decentralized domain teams. My focus has shifted from writing pipelines to orchestrating them — designing the governance, data contracts and semantic foundations that let autonomous agents and LLMs safely automate the data lifecycle. Grounded in hands-on cloud and ML engineering, I now spend most of my time on architecture, functional analysis and enabling teams to move fast without breaking things.
